It is important first to start removing stress and improve thinking. Improve thinking stimulates parts of the brains that

many are left unused for by blurring of stress in life that everyone will face in his or her life. Stress acts as an invisible

black veil that really must be removed to most aspects of any form of meditation with the best results and to carry

things and situations in a positive to be able to see change. Buddhists practicing this technique mainly in opposite

position of the two other main forms of meditation such as chakra meditation and mantra. It makes their culture on its

self very quiet and, unlike elsewhere in the world as far as my experience and seen all this from their childhood with

gain in primary school.

First of all we start with the position with the Zen meditation form.

In Zen meditation, there are 2 many positions that are appropriate, but the easiest in this course, we can handle

pretty well given the same effect and the different positions to many complicated being. The position is designed to

properly regulate energy flows and this for a long time to sustain without getting cramps. The poses are the half-lotus

and full lotus position. The half-lotus, we therefore treat. You start with the tailors is to sit down and from there you

put one foot with the top of the knee at the top of the other leg. You hold the other foot with the toes extended forward

under your other leg. (The same position with that foot as if you could stand on your toes.)

The first few times it will be a while getting used to, but it's a matter of practice to become a very

comfortable sitting posture feels.

Then keep your spine straight and this was easy to let go the first time you can look straight ahead. Then put your

hands up in the bottom and top of the points of the fingers together and thumbs together on your lap with your

shoulders slightly forward. You're kind of like a bowl with your hands in this position that captures the energy flow and

strengthened. Then finally put your chin slightly facing down and close your eyes.
