A. SAP BO is available in Russian language user interface. In our practice we sometimes recommend to export GL transactions to local packages such as 1S Accounting (1C Bukhgalteria in Russian) from where you can easily produce annual and quarterly reporting including Balance (magic word in Russia as you have to be sure that double entry is met)
