This game also known as Drink While you Think is an interesting game that challenges the mental capabilities of participants while they drink. The player who begins the game will think of a well known celebrity or any famous person and then says "to my left" or "to my right" and then mentions the name of the celebrity. The drinking game then moves on to the on his or her left or right as started. When the first participant has mentioned the name, the next person must mention a name that begins with the first letter of the last name of the previous name.
While playing name game drinking game, the person who follows to the left or to the right of the first participant must come up with the name of another celebrity by using the first letter of the previous celebrity's surname which should be the first letter of the new celebrity's first name. As an example, if the first person mentioned Mel Brook's name, the next person would have to think up a celebrity whose name begins with the letter "B" for example Bart Simpson and the third person would have to come up with a name that begins with the letter "S" for example Sam Donaldson.

This means that the next person in the line of play would have to come up with a celebrity whose first name starts with the letter "D" in this case someone like Dick Vitale and the person who follows would have to come up with a person whose name starts with the letter "V" in this case for example Vincent Price. The next letter in the order of sequence would have to begin with "P" for example Pat Robertson. "R" would be the ensuing letter and we can have Rick Mears there while "M" would be the next in the progression with Michelle Pfeiffer as the next name to come up.
When it is a player's turn and they are still thinking of somebody's name when playing name game drinking game, they will have to "Drink while you think". That is, from the start of their go until they say the name out loud, they must be drinking whatever drink they have on the go at the time. If someone says a famous person who has a first name and surname starting with the same letter (e.g. Sylvester Stallone), then the direction of play around the circle is reversed, and it is the previous player's turn once more.
When someone mentions a famous person who is known by just a single name for Madonna or Pele, then the play skips a player out in the circle. So it is then the next but one person's turn, and play continues in the same direction. Repeats of a name are allowed and it is up to everyone to remember what has already been said. If someone repeats a name that has already been used and it is noticed then they must drink. In name game drinking game, the group must define famous people. The group must define a famous person and at least two people in the group must know them.
