Plastic Surgery today often includes elective cosmetic surgery such as face lift Utah or liposuction Utah. Plastic Surgery technology today allows one to get a nose job Utah or a tummy tuck Utah and a boob job Utah at the same time. Breast enhancement Utah is another example of plastic surgery. Plastic surgery is becoming more and more popular to create the body you always wanted. Everyone has something they don't like about their body figure or don't like the weight they're at and plastic surgery can help you along.

There are some things that you can't change no matter how much you exercise and eat healthy, like a breast size. Plastic surgery can be done so that you can have the breast size you want. Sometimes pregnancies can shrink a woman's breast until there is no breast at all, only the nipple left. Plastic surgery, specifically breast augmentation can help restore a woman's figure. Pregnancy can also stretch the skin of the stomach so much that it sags and no matter how much exercise and sit-ups a woman does the stomach still looks over-weight. Plastic surgery can remove the extra skin with a tummy tuck to restore the woman's body to her original slender waist-line.

There are other parts of the body that people can't change except with plastic surgery. What about that huge bump in the middle of a nose or a deformity or birth mark on a face. Plastic surgery can perform rhinoplasty to change the look of a nose or do a face lift or some surgical procedures to change a face to remove unsightly and embarrassing birth marks. Plastic surgery can do just about anything today with the skin.

There is another part to plastic surgery other than the cosmetic preference of body shape and figure and that is the plastic surgery that repairs skin after an accident. For example someone who has burned their face or skin anywhere else that is seen every day by the public, these types of burn scars can be softened with plastic surgery. Other types of injury or disease can cause skin tissue to be lost. Plastic surgery can repair and replace skin tissue by doing grafting which is taking skin from another part of the body and putting that skin on the part of the body where skin tissue has been damaged or removed because of an accident or disease. Plastic surgery can involve more than just the skin tissues. Plastic surgery can also graft nerves, and bone. In the case of a major injury where skin, bone, and nerve have to be grafted a the surgeon performing plastic surgery may be required to connect the skin or other tissue back to the circulation system.

Other examples of cosmetic plastic surgery that can change a person's life for the better is plastic surgery for repairing birth defects and birth deformities like a cleft palate, a hair-lip, microtia which requires ear reshaping. I've seen the effects of plastic surgery on a baby that had six toes. The extra toe was removed with plastic surgery and so that later in life the extra toe wouldn't cause problems with the his feet.
