1. Fasten all bolt before running, especially vibration foundation bolt, re-tighten it when continuous running 3-5 hours.
2. Two vibrating motors must rotate reversely. If appears unstable current or loud noise, stop it immediately.
The maintenance of the vibrating feeder:
1. Checks the amplitude of the vibration motor regularly and shut it down immediately if any irregularities. This is because motor current and motor surface temperatures require uniform amplitude.
2. The motor bearings are key equipments to vibrating feeder mouth in the entire crushing production line, so their maintenances are also particularly important. Under normal conditions, fill a lubricant every two months, while every month in hot season. In addition, re-overhaul the motor every six months, internal bearings also must be replaced.
