As designers are lending their name to residential property of Bangalore by adding bespoke features like brands of fashion, individual designers are endorsing projects that reflect the progressive lifestyle of a discerning few who are willing to shell out a premium for all things superior.

For example: Legendary Rock Star Mr. Mick Jaggers daughter Ms. Jade Jagger is adding her design flair to 70 residential property in Bangalore in Equinox Realtys 400-unit residential project in Hebbal Road in Bangalore. These residential property of 4000-6000 sq ft are priced between Rs. 5 Crore and Rs. 10 Crore. Ms. Jade Jagger is also designing Lodhas Fiorenza project coming up off the Western Express Highway in Goregaon, Mumbai.

There are few developers who all are tying up with different interior designers whether it's the internationally renowned designers or nationally established designers. Example: Panchshil Realty has tied up with yoo, and internal interior designer firm founded by Mr. Philippe Starck for its yoo Pune luxury residential project in Kharadi as these residential units ascertain 5,110-6,900 sq ft and are priced at Rs. 15,000 per sq ft .

Mr. Sachin Tendulkar has been roped as a brand ambassador of Pune based Amit Enterprises for its residential property in Ambegaon though Mr. Sachin is not designing the residential project but that residential homes comprising with 846 units of 2 and 3BHKs. Actresses too are tying up with developers for projects.

Mr. Puri adds, the buyer conversion rate in branded residences is quite high. As today many cash-rich NRI and HNIs are lapping up branded residences that are aesthetically superior. In short people wants their homes to be their fashion statement of their lifestyle.
