Only certain types of foods are to be eaten. This is for the next 3 days. Can you guess, what comes next? You get to do the liquid diet plan again. With the same special drinks and no food.
This plan will be very helpful in burning the fat off your body. It has burned fat off my belly, hips and thighs. I can now wear the skinny jeans that were uncomfortable before I started this plan. While undergoing this plan, I burned so much fat that my regular jeans are starting to hang on me. I need a belt to hold them up. This feels really good.
How much did I loose in only 10 days? I lost 9 pounds. I am actually back at a weight that my hubby told me I looked good at a few years ago. I'm now encouraged to lose even more weight. I still need to burn off some more fat. The summer season for wearing shorts and swimsuits will be here soon. I want to be ready for them.
I could cleanse my system once again, but my body doesnt really require it. I need to be clean. This cleanse allows my body's digestive system to process fats better and pull on some of the fat that is stored instead of just the fat that I am eating. I also need to change my eating pattern.

I had oatmeal for breakfast this morning. Oatmeal is very filling and full of fiber. It will help enable you to burn fat. Right now as I'm penning this article, I am munching on pretzel sticks and some fruit about which I never knew before going on this diet. They are simply very cute. It is a tangerine type of a fruit and is very delicious. This is so satisfying to eat. I dont get a feeling of self deprivation any more. I can't resist potato chips, but they are allowed only once a week. I usually eat them while watching a movie. I do like pretzels though. Since I am only allowed 3 different cheat items a week, I may not go in for chips. Fried chicken sounds better to me. So far that is it for today. Its just 10am.
Now lets come to the drinks. I never liked black coffee but they say sugar is bad and so are most the artificial sweeteners. While researching the articles, I found that a guy was promoting a program to burn fat that allowed the sweetener, Stevia. Its cent percent natural zero calorie sweetener. It doesnt contain the harmful ingredients present in other sweeteners. Now I can have sweet oatmeal too.
I also enjoy drinking lemonade. I am preparing it fresh. I squeeze a lemon on one of those lemon presses to extract the juice. Take one tablespoon of the liquid and a bit of the pulp, add it to a cup of water and add on packet of Stevia. It makes a wonderful drink. Its much healthier than drinking a man made diet drink. The real lemons are ideal in burning fat. Even though it wasnt on the diet plan, I thought it to be a good idea to use them for making the drink. Also adding a splash of lemon to salads help bring out the flavors of your ingredients and adds nutrition.
I intend to stick to this diet for some time. It would be wonderful if I can manage to lose 10-20 pounds. Even after I am done loosing, I need to educate myself about how to maintain the level I have attained. This is a lifestyle change I am trying to develop. The good thing about it is that apart from cleansing, I am enjoying it.
