subject: How To Differentiate Between Men And Women Clothes [print this page]

In this modern world that we are living in, fashion different fashions and type of clothing are coming up at a high rate. Different high quality brands are coming u wit good designs, while cheap designers in the market take the advantage of the popularity of the brand and hence produce replicas of the same designs but with the use of low quality fabrics. These replicas are being produced for both men and women and as a result the difference is hard to see. Apart from that, there are distinct features that make us confused at times on the difference between the clothes meant for the two genders.

The lengths: Clothes for men will always be fuller as compared to those for women. Their shirts, long pants and suits are a bit heavy as they are made of more material. The ladies skirts, blouses and tops require less fabric and hence are lighter, and this is also caused by their design because the are made to be more exposing.

Designing: When it comes to both formal and casual clothing for men, they have a bit sober design as compared to those for women. The ladies clothing is made of different designs and they are also made to emphasize their delicate nature.

Garments for women will have accessories included like beads and flower designs, fur and other small things that will make then to be easily noticed.

Printing: Clothes fro women have flowery printings that emphasize their feminism and they ae also done in bright and eye catching colors like violet, pink and purple. The men attire on the other hand are done with dull prints.

Pieces included: Clothing for men will always come in a standard set of two pieces unless it is a three-piece suit. You will see them don jeans and T-shirt, formal trouser and a shirt and so on. Clothing for women is not confine to any number as they can put on one piece dress, two pieces as in skirt and top or blouse and even more pieces mostly when they are not dressing for formal occasions.

Some traditions even require women to dress more heavily as in the case for the Muslims, nuns and many others.

Some pieces used to accessorize our clothing come as unisex meaning that they can comfortably fit either gender. This is mostly seen in vintage and street wear. The accessories that can be worn by both genders are hats, sunglasses and caps.
