Jhilmil Sitaaron Ka Aangan Hoga is the story of Aakash, a simple righteous man who values self-respect and principles over money and Angana who innocently believes that the Jhilmil Sitaaron Ka Aangan she dreams of will be her own house until Aakash comes in to her life.
After a courtship punctuated by short tiffs and tender moments Aakash and Aangana are set to marry and the entire Raichand family gets busy in the pre-nuptial ceremony starting with the Sangeet and Mehendi. Raichand ji and Sundar Babu welcome Akash and his family for the sangeet functions. Jharna and Sundar announce the mehendi-sangeet ceremony of Angana and Akash and inform everyone that they will have a song medley, especially in the honour of the daamads of Raichand house. While everyone is busy enjoying the song and dance, Raichand leads Aakashs Mama to another room. Pratap notices this and reaches the puja ghar where he sees Raichand handing mama the cheque. Pratap purposely walks in and informs Raichand that people are waiting for him outside. Mama is terrified to see Pratap. Unaware Raichand leaves. Pratap directly corners him and warns him that he will reveal him in front of Kalyanidevi.
During celebrations Kalyanidevi searches for Pratap and finds him with Mama, who is begging before him. She gets stunned to see Mama who immediately straightens up and pretends as if he was praying to God. Kalyani doesnt believe and sternly asks them to come out for sangeet. Mama escapes the situation. Kalyani gets pulled into a dance by Raichand and the celebration continues with everyone dancing on some old and new songs, Aakash too sings a song to applause from all. Pratap is constantly following Mama and at one point threatens him that if he doesnt get his share, he will tell Akash that he is going to come in as a ghar jamai in to the Raichand family.
Will Pratap reveal to Aakash that he will be coming in as Ghar Jamai post his wedding with Aangana Raichand?
