J.R. Casting was established by the young and dynamic group of professionals in 1994 at outskirt of Sihor in Gujarat. The group has an experience of more than two decades in the steel industries. The company has setup a its new manufacturing plant with advance technology machinery and state-of the-art Foundry in 2009 for manufacturing of world class Industrial Casting like Ingot Mould (Singlet & Duplex), Bottom Plate, Slag pot, Centre Column, Counter Weight and other specialized in Cast Iron , S.G. Iron and Steel Castings as customers requirement.
Mr. T. L. Gupta is the chairman having experience of 35 years in the steel industry and Mr. Raman Gupta, Mr.Suresh Bansal and Mr. Sanjeev Bansal are the director of company.
The company's strength lines in the unique combination of its skilled workforce, extensive network of operation, global customer base, innovative market driven products. With the advance technology and highly knowledgeable R & D team the company has setup first time in India to produce the moulds without parting lines through Induction Furnace.
The objective of company is to maintain high quality standards of products and strive for continuous improvement and adoption of new technology in all aspects of Production and sales. To popup with new technology, we organized a in-house training workshops for our staff.
Infrastructure
Our plant is situated at Ahmadabad highway, Ghanghali Road, Sihor, Gujarat, with a land measuring appx. 5 acres. In which we have installed Induction Furnace and R & D Lab facilities. In the plant we have installed various EOT Cranes for handling materials smoothly.
Product Specification
Casting are tailor made products therefore needs careful production planning. In the process of manufacturing ingot moulds we use DRY SAND MOULDING PROCESS.
