How To Make The Healthy And Yummy Sencha Green Tea Cake?

First, what are the ingredients to the healthy and yummy Sencha green tea cake?

Two tablespoons of Sencha green tea

One-thirds of a cup of water with temperature of about one hundred seventy degrees Fahrenheit

Three eggs

Two-thirds of a cup of sugar

One-thirds of a cup of oil (preferably vegetable oil)

One and one-thirds of a cup of flour

One and one half teaspoon of baking powder

Second, what are the procedures in making the healthy and yummy Sencha green tea cake?

To start off the Sencha green tea cake, first we must put the tea leaves in a pot. Prepare the water to reach its designated temperature. After this, pour it over the tea leaves. This will enable the process of brewing to extract the goodness of the Sencha green tea. Next step is to pour the brewed Sencha in a new bowl or container. Leave it to cool for a bit. While waiting for the brewed Sencha to cool, prepare a cake pan which is round and preferably with eight inches diameter. Put in baking paper inside the pan so the cake will not stick. And before anything else, remember to preheat the oven to three hundred sixty degrees Fahrenheit. After the Sencha has cooled off, pour in the oil. In another bowl, beat the eggs while adding the sugar little by little. Prepare the flour by sifting it first together with the baking powder. Put the used green tea leaves in a container because we will also be making use of that. Now, add together the half of the flour concoction to half of the egg concoction that we made earlier and combined them. Remember the Sencha green tea concoction we made? Pour half of it in. Then add the other half of the concoctions we made. Pour the new mixture into the baking pan and bake it in the oven for about forty-five minutes.
