Getting skinny thighs is often a question quite a few people have difficulty with just about all their lives. For thin legs, Asian Women put in a twist to their ordinary action while walking: They walk on the front pad of the foot, not having their heel coming in contact with the ground.

They can do this in running shoes, tennis shoes, or certainly any shoe which has no heel, basically it's virtually as if you might be walking while standing on your tippy toes reaching for things off a tall rack. Only rather than a full extension your heel is simply a centimeter or one-half inch off the floor with any step. So reduced in fact that a person watching you couldn't tell you're walking with a different technique as compared to the regular heel-toe step.

It can take some practice, but when you're executing it on your normal walks (you are walking aren't you, haha) you'll realize that first your calf muscle begins to get a pleasing slender shape, but most importantly your strong thigh muscles will begin to reduce in size while being chiseled. Generally it's like executing hundreds of repetitions on a weight machine that has almost no weight on it...excellent for not building size but refining and toning a thinner thigh!
