Once you have your free gift, you will need to setup you autoresponder process. This will take you a little time, but it's worth it. Setup all your autoresponder process and after that, focus on traffic generation. I will cover a couple of great traffic method later on in this article.
First, setup your squeeze page. Your squeeze page will be a landing page created to ask prospective subscribers their emails and to offer them your free gift. Again, it doesn't have to be a breathtaking squeeze page. Make it simple: use a headline, some bullet points with the benefits of reading or watching your free gift, your autoresponder opt-in form and your privacy statement.
Second, create your confirmation page. This will be the page where your subscribers will be redirected after they hit the submit button of your autoresponder form. It will say something like: "Thank you for your interest. I have sent you a confirmation email, please open it and follow the instructions".
Third, create your Thank You page or Download Page. After your subscribers confirm their emails, they will be redirected to this page with links to download their gift.
Create and setup at least your first four autoresponder messages. These will be delivered in intervals of 2 or 3 days. Your first message will be a welcome email. Place a link to your Thank You page inside this message. Use the other three emails to give your new subscribers more tips and value that they can use. This will enhance your credibility and they will trust you more. Remember that people prefer to buy from people they like and trust.
Once you have setup all your autoresponder process, you want to start sending traffic to your squeeze page.
One way to do it is writing articles and publishing them on article directories. Make sure to have a link to your squeeze page from the author resource box.
Use these same articles to create videos and upload them to video sharing websites like Youtube, Dailymotion, Viddler or Vimeo. Again, place the link to your squeeze page in the description of the video, in the title and inside the video itself.
If you create seven weekly articles and videos like these, soon you will have a continuous flow of visitors coming to your squeeze page and subscribing to get access to your free gift.
