India sandstone quarry equipment
India is one of the largest producers of dimensional stone granite, marble, sandstone,
slate and quartzite in the world; India accounts for about 27% of the worlds total
natural stone production. Natural stone is hugely popular in India, as the following
figures show. The domestic consumption of dimensional stone in India exceeds
Rs50,000 million per annum or $1.163 million2.
Rajasthan is the largest producer of dimensional stones in the country and accounts for
about 90% of the countrys total natural stone production. Looking at sandstone,
Rajasthan contributes around 10% of the total production in the world, and accounts
for more then 70% of total production in the country, or 6,5 million tons per year3.

Sandstone quarrying and processing
Sandstone Quarry quarry processing include following types: Large quarry sandstone through the hopper are evenly sent by the vibrating feeder to jaw crusher for primary crushing. After the coarse crushing, the small sandstone are sent to impact crusher for secondary crushing via conveyor belts. Then different types of small sandstones are screened out by vibrating screen. Stones that meet the size requirements are sent to the finished pile sandstone crusher through conveyor belt, while other stones are sent back to impact crusher to crush again. Finished size can be adjusted and graded in accordance with the needs of users. Being sand Grinding Plant equipped with auxiliary dust deducing quarry crusher equipment, the crushing plant is more environmental-friendly.
