If you have a deep interest in both of these areas, then pursuing your career in the field might be one of the best decisions you will ever make. You can then start to pursue your masters degree, and even your doctorate. Always make sure that you keep your grades as high as you can.

During this time, you might also want to volunteer and try to find an internship. See if you can find something thats in the field of forensic psychology if you can. Keep in mind that you are going to need to have classes in criminal justice as well. This is going to make it much easier for you to get the type of job that you want to have later on down the road.

Schooling is going to be one of the most important things when you are pursuing this career. Once you have your degree, you will be able to start trying to find work. Becoming a forensic psychologist has quite a few advantages. You will find that the work is quite interesting, and the salary is nice as well. Regardless of which state you practice and work in, you will see that the salary for psychologists is well above what you need to live comfortably. Best of all, you will be able to help make the world a better place when you have a degree in psychology. You can give people the help they need.
