The expected project is supposed to take place in Sector 104, Dwarka Expressway in Gurgaon. The group will create royal penthouses and palaces in the project. This will be their second housing project in Gurgaon. The areas of the apartments in the project are 1250 sq.ft, 1550 sq.ft., 1650 sq.ft, 1850 sq.ft, 2000 sq.ft and 2400 sq.ft. and the price per sq.ft is expected to be at Rs. 4000.
