It is designed so it can be installed on its own or in a series of multiple tanks or alternately 2 or more tanks located in separate locations but linked together.
The TT210 is cost effective to home owners as they are well priced and are able to be installed as a single bank of tanks in one location. Alternately the home owner can install two tanks and then, at a later date, add an additional tank to increase water storage capacity by simply connecting the additional tank to the existing tanks.
Installation is easy as the modular tanks are light and can be moved into hard to access places one at a time and then connected together. Like all tank installations, there should be a level and flat base of either concrete or crusher dust for the tank to be sited on. The tanks are then connected at the bottom with a flexible hose connection and at the top with a PVC pipe between the overflows. It is recommended that a first flush diverter and leaf eater is also installed to ensure the water going into the tank is clean and free of debris.
Once the tank or tanks are installed, access to the water can be via a simple low pressure gravity operated tap or alternately connected to a pump which will provide the user with a familiar high pressure supply. We recommend a pump kit, which would include a pump, a plastic pump cover, plus a flexible hose connection kit to connect the tank to the pump outlet.
