subject: Quick Cash Gifting Tip - How To Monitor Your Email [print this page]

Cash gifting pros know to release attachments to email. Most are stricken by a strong pull toward checking email twice, 5 times or 10 times daily.

Checking email once per day is optimal. Checking multiple times saps your effectiveness and drains your energy. You are too busy getting instead of giving.

Cash Gifting Tip

Check email once a day. Time your sessions. Leave 10 or 20 minutes based on how many emails you receive. Stop, and drop everything when the time elapses.

No worries if you can't get to every email. This is the point: to dissolve attachments to email. To respond in 2 or 3 days. This does 2 things.

One, you cut your attachment to email. Which focuses your attention more on giving and less on getting. Less pull toward opt-ins, etc.

Two, you learn to cultivate patience. If you wait 2 or 3 days to respond, impatient people let you know this. Release them. Separate followers from leaders.

Individuals who are team leaders, who belong on your team, are patient. They wait. The point is not to make people wait, just to develop patience.

Patience with yourself, and patience with impatient people. Too many set up a 12 hour or 24 hour rule. Not realizing the panic they create.

Cash gifting coaches flip if they do not respond quickly. Wrong mindset. Come from a place of authority. Respond when you are calm and confident.

Live by the clock. Clock email checking times. Clock your day out. I allow myself 20 minutes for blog posts. Then I stop writing.

Same deal with social responses, and blog comments. I set a time, and I am done with it until tomorrow. Awesome practice for dissolving attachments.

Cool thing about cutting email attachments: you receive more opt-ins who vibe with you. More team members. More gifts. Letting go is cool.
