Keeping in mind, the concerns of working people, there is another authority, DEC (Distance Education Council). Any college providing distance education MBA, should be approved by DEC. The major universities providing distance education in India are IGNOU and Anna University. Distance education MBA is for people who cannot attend classes and have a personal and financial constraint. .
