There are many people who cannot take out time to do exercises on regular basis so for them healthy and balanced diet plans can bring the desired weight loss if followed strictly. There are many weight loss exercises which should be done along with following a proper weight loss diet. Weight loss programs should be taken as change in the life style not as a short term program. 1. Start taking the meals more number of times. There should be 4-5 main meals and 2-3 snacks in between.

2. Deep-fried, sugary and fatty foods should be kept out of the diet plan

3. Fizzy drinks should not be taken

4. One should switch over to green tea as green tea has ingredients which are very effective in burning the extra body fats

5. The weight loss diet should have minimum of fat, moderate carbohydrates, and high proteins

6. The fresh fruits and vegetables are good for weight loss. There are various types of salads like vegetable salads, chicken salads with vegetables like broccoli, spinach, lettuce, carrot, cucumber etc.

7. There are some fruits which are good for fat burning. Orange, grape fruits etc. are good for burning fat and also for vitamins and minerals for the body.

8. There are some spices like turmeric, cumin seeds, cinnamon or black pepper which helps in weight loss so one can garnish the food items with these spices.

9. Sprouts, lentils, beans, nuts etc. are good for weight reduction and are good protein sources so a weight loss diet should include these.

There are some weight loss exercises which help in burning fats effectively.

1. Swimming- this exercise is good for the entire body and helps in fat burning

2. Cycling- it is a good exercise for toning the leg and thigh muscles

3. Running- it helps in burning the fats effectively and helps in weight loss
