One of my absolute favorites is called JEFIT. If you're serious about getting fit and have an android phone then JEFIT is a must-have. It's got some great features:

One of my favorite features is the integrated logs. For example, when I bring up my workout routine and access a particular exercise - it shows me the weight and reps I completed for that exercise during the previous workouts. Definitely a must for monitoring progress.
It also features a save option and timer for predetermined rest periods between exercises.
