That is all there is to it.

It is just as easy by phone: call the courier and speak to a friendly customer service assistant, and that efficient and well trained individual will arrange both the cancellation and the second pick up, if the customer wants one.

If the customer has some special directions, a driver the customer uses regularly or a representative who is personally handling the account, and the customer happens to be in the neighborhood, please feel free to drop by. Most couriers will be happy to arrange cancellation and re scheduling personally.

Regrettably, there is a fee (as there is some expense), but it is usually minimal or nothing, depending on how far in advance the cancellation is given. Twenty four to forty eight hours is ideal, if the customer knows that far ahead.
