subject: How To Deal With Dropshippers [print this page]

Dropshippers are basically a transporter/supplier that transports goods from the manufacturer/company to the customers. They are basically a link between the buyer and the seller and charge the shipping fee from the customer. The buyers get their profit from the product while the drop ships keep the shipping amount. It is one of the easiest ways to make money in the business world, all one needs is to be established up to the point to be able to carry out such activities.

Drop shipping contacts are easily available all over the internet but the problem is to find out who is legitimate and who is not. There are a lot of frauds and scams in the business world and one needs to keep an open and keen eye, after all a lot of hard earned money is at stakes and any means necessary have to be taken to ensure financial and physical safety. The frauds in the drop shipping world are called "middlemen" they work alone and are not networked. Their thievery mostly affects small scale business but a few have been involved in large scale scams too.

The company should not hand out the money to dropshippers without having a clear view

of their identities, all their dealings should be open and nothing should be hidden from anyone, only sign perfectly legal papers and deals. If they manage to include the company in an illegal deal then the police will not be able to handle the case. businessmen should keep the smallest and simplest of facts in mind before dealing with any drop shipper. Firstly, the targeted shipper has to be authentic (different opinions should provide for that), the company should not sign any contract which does not have any license agreement or rules and regulations. They shouldn't be able to charge any other kind of fees other than the transport deal i.e. members fees, extra charges etc. all these are very easy to spot and can save the business from large or small losses, the businessmen themselves are responsible for who they deal with and should take every precaution necessary.

To avoid any fake drop shipper contractors the company should firstly analyzethe market and its resources. The internet maybe able to provide with lists with the names, but it's up to the person to check if the dealer is legit or not. To check that one must be aware of the dealings in the market, what sources are their competitors using, who makes the most profit, how do they transport goods, how is their discipline, how much time do they take, what staff do they have, what do they charge and all these questions can help build up a strong base for a clear fraud free dealing. The internet is the richest source of dropshippers, everyone wants money and everyone advertises through the internet so everything is easily

available. Caution is the backbone of a successful business and one that every individual or company should consider a priority.
