The inspection of hoist is divided into daily inspection, weekly inspection and monthly inspection. We should make the maintenance of the specific content according to the performance, structure characteristics, working conditions and maintenance experience of machine. The results and repair content should be written in maintenance record book and the maintenance chief signs it.
1) when a chain and guide plates happen to collide, timely adjust guide plate position.
2) when it has material between guide plates and chain, need to enlarge inputs angle of the base
3) bearing fault, not the flexible and normal operation ,need to change bearing in time .
4) material piece, or other foreign material with death card in the crust base, need to stop and clear in time
5) the tooth shape of the sprocket (transmission, driven sprocket) is not straight, to adjust sprocket teeth shape or replace the sprocket timely.
6) transmission chain produce idling, we need to adjust the chain length.
7) cabinet installation is wrong, we need to adjust the vertical degree of the cabinet.
