President of India:
The President of India is elected by an electoral college which comprises of The Rajya Sabha, The Lok Sabha & Legislative Assemblies of the States & the Union Territories. The seat is allocated based on the population of the State.
Lok Sabha:
The Lok Sabha is a 545 member team of which 543 are elected by people & the other 2 are nominated ones by the President of India, with a term of 5years else President of India can dissolve it, if need be.

The individual should be an Indian citizen
