The most frustrating thing about Panic Attacks, is the inability to predict their onset and when they may strike. Having started, they tend to escalate. There is no way to stop it once it has begun, the person is left vulnerable for the duration as one is left with only one option: to let it run its course while making ones self as comfortable as possible as a calming and control measure managing the direction the attack is going. There are several options available to help end or control this disabling condition that afflicts us.

Triggers are important when investigating to find a method to find a cure or way to manage and prevent a relapse of the condition. Triggers are varied from one person to another. They may include ones diet, resulting in the need to analyze the type and quality of food eaten.

Prescription drugs may also make us more open to attacks, It will therefore be necessary to make an appointment with your GP to discuss alternative medication or substitutes to what one has to take to manage another condition one is suffering from.

It is important for us to rest our bodies and minds after running them through the mill of life. This allows us to unload, reflect, regenerate and deal with unfinished lines of thought that would otherwise keep our minds in a what one can say an bogged down in an overloaded state.

The brain is a very powerful muscle that needs also relax after a days work working on the days activities and other memories, enabling us to wake up refreshed.

Managing triggers or events that lead up to them enables one to control and manage Panic Attacks. Left unchecked and untreated may lead to a destructive state that will affect ones physical heath.

Panic Attacks come about as a result of high levels of anxiety. Controlling the triggers is a sure way to start treatment, management if not cure of the condition. As a rule of general preservation, development and control, it is better to seek ways and means to treat and control a condition that may affect one, rather than seeking to medicate oneself, which may be viewed as a temporary control measure that may need change of adoption of another form of medication after a period of time. Finally, choosing not to do anything will not solve the problem, and more often than not frequency of attacks and severity may escalate and lead to other health complications.
