We all have an intense need to be Trim Fit Happy. The three are meant to coexist together, because when all three are achieved synonymously, the results are often life changing. Some people are the rare few that are always in this constant state of bliss, but the majority of us have to work for it. Many times it takes a life hanging ordeal to make that change occur. For instance the break up of a long-term relationship or a situation where being overweight was cause for humiliating shame. This is just a few of the many examples that bring us to those three beautiful words.

Let's begin by taking each word separately of Trim Fit Happy. The words fit and trim are practically sister words of each other. But that's only if they are used as nouns. When you use the word trim as a word it takes on a whole new meaning. For instance in order to reach the stage of being fit you must trim down first if you have excess weight to shed, as most of us do. Trimming down takes lots of self discipline, but when consciously followed will yield enormous rewards in the the end.

When one follows through on the trim part, then being fit will naturally ensue afterwards with the Trim Fit Happy. Being fit is a privilege, because it means so many different things to so many people. It has much more than just the physical appearance of the body. A person can have a fit attitude in that it's a positive one. It can be a fit personality in that it's warm, genuine and sincere, and there can also be a fit spirit in that your connection to a higher power is a strong one.

With one reaches the happy stage of the Fit Trim Happy trio, this is the ultimate state of bliss, and it comprises of four individual components. These four parts consists of physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental. It can be challenging at times to successfully nurture all four areas, but is done by following one principal, which is following your inner soul and spirit, for it will always let you know what you need.
