This project is in Nigeria. The raw material is gold ore. We signed a contract in Nov, 5th, 2009. The stone crushers plant output is 350TPH. The gold ore is very hard. So this project adopts HP series cone crusher with high efficiency. The customers want we design a complete gold crushing plant for them. So we use a vibrating feeder, a jaw crusher, two sets of cone crushers and two vibrating screens.

After the gold mineral was mined, these huge stone blocks were transported to the workplace. The first machine is vibrating feeder whose model is GZD1500*6000. Through vibrating screen, these blocks are into jaw crusher for primary crushing. In this project, we adopt PEW 1100*1200. After the primary crushing, these stone are into the secondary crusher, hydraulic cone crushers. This procedure is the most important in entire crushing plant. By belt conveyor, these stone particles are transported into cone crusher for secondary crushing. In order to improve efficiency, we use HPC400. There are two sets of cone crushers, one is for secondary crushing, and the other is for tertiary crushing if some products are too big. Then is the last procedure in this gold crushing plant, screening. According to customers demands, we use two sets of vibrating screens. The model is 3YK2460. The final product size is 0~1/4"1/4"~1/2",1/2"~3/4",etc. This is a complete gold crushing plant.
