subject: Good Points And Bad Points Runescape Revolution [print this page] As we all know that Jagex has made an interesting update recently. We are now displayed with a completely new Runescape site. Along with a shiny new look, it contains all the important features we use day-to-day and there are a number of exciting new features as well. However, everything has two sides and people from the different backgrounds will have different opinions on the same thing, some people think this is an amazing update while others just hold the opposite opinion.
We have collected some ideas from a lot of players these days. Some people think this is a great update because of the following changes:
1.The new interface is very beautiful.
2. Several boss respawn rates have been increased, it's looks very cool.
3. Leprechauns will now store plant cures, up to 255 buckets, 5 scarecrows, and can deposit magic secateurs automatically if equipped. The Herblore Habitat leprechaun will now also store up to 30 of several kinds of vine.
However, others think the new site isn't looks very good:
1. Some people are extremely disappointed about the removal of the F2P hiscores.
2. Some players think that the news isn't on the front page makes the whole website change a complete bust.
3. A lot of people just don't like scrolling to the bottom to post or scrolling to the bottom to see what page they are on.
4. Some people think the new site looks far too childish, the buttons (for bag, quest, notes, etc) are too cartoony to them.
5. Some think the adventure's log don't give them the information they want any more, there are a lot of options they never use, and they can now only see 4 activities instead of 10 for theirselves and friends.
6. A lot of players think that private messages are hidden by the the new icon ontop of the talk screan, makes it difficult to read posts from friends now.
7. Some people complain that there are too many colors and too many things going on in one page. Also it is kind of hard to navigate, before it was all layed out in simple text now there's too much color.
8. Many players think the navigate to forum pages in a thread is more handy on top and a box to jump to a specific page within a thread lacks.
9. Some of them think the background for the chat needs to not match any of the colors that are used for text (or the clan chat text color needs to be not so dark).
10. There are also some people think the in-game design starting to look like WoW.

We can see that many people are going to complain about the update, but it's just need time to accept a completely new change. I think within the month all the Runescape players will stop whining and get used to it and once you get used to it, you will find how it works its breeze.
