Over 30 years of credible research has proven that a healthy breakfast positively impacts brain function and energy level, which is extremely important for school-aged children.

There are people who have the perception that eating breakfast will make us tired during the day time. But it is no more than a myth. This morning time meal provides us sufficient energy to start the day off right. A healthy breakfast is one that consists of food like a milk preparation, fruits and cereals. Children who eat a good breakfast tend to perform better in school, and have a better attendance and decreased hyperactivity. Children who don't eat breakfast tend to perform not as well, and also tend to have behavior problems such as fighting, stealing, and not listening to their teachers.

The importance of breakfast is of immense importance for a child than for an adult. A balanced and healthy morning meal has a number of benefits to offer. These are briefly discussed below:

Better Behavior- A complete breakfast tends to promote better behaviors among kids. Children, who are hungry during their school time, can face difficulty in communicating with others.
