subject: MLM Training - The Importance of Teamwork [print this page] There are a number of emotional and sentimental reasons to prefer teamwork over working alone. Things like team spirit and emotional support are not inconsequential factors. These concepts, however, are difficult to quantify and measure but in many cases someone's success can be attributed almost entirely to someone who worked with them or helped motivate them. In an MLM business, teamwork is absolutely essential without even accounting for the intangible factors.
Let's say there are two people with new MLM businesses. You are the first one. You love the products you represent and enjoying talking to people about life and business. The second person, named Jane, hates "selling" to people but has a vast array of advertising and marketing knowledge. Jane is quite proficient at setting up ad campaigns online and generating leads. She just rarely wants to talk to anyone. It's clear that you will be able to recruit a few people based on your interpersonal skills but you will quickly run out of leads. Jane will have tons of leads but her personality will make it extremely difficult to enroll anyone.
Obviously, if these two people work together, they can combine their skills and build a large MLM organization. While this example is a bit extreme, it's quite common to find diverse skill sets in the people you meet. My MLM training focuses on teaching everyone the basics so that each person has a good base of knowledge. Once you have completed most of the basic MLM Training though, you will realize that it's difficult to be an expert in all areas and it makes sense to seek out other people to build a team with. Then each member of the team can focus on taking advanced MLM Training courses in a specific area. This will allow each team member access to a much greater supply of knowledge and resources than they could manage on their own.
One of the main reasons why MLM is so powerful is because it encourages people to work together to have success. It's been proven repeatedly that the top income earners are the ones who are able to build a strong team to work with. There is no reason why you can't be that person once you understand how to build a strong team. The best way to build a strong team is to ensure that you recruit the best possible people that you can to your MLM business. That's one of the reasons why I offer MLM Training to my prospects. This ensures that the people I come in contact with are eager to learn. I have found that people who want to learn how to succeed in MLM are better prospects than those who are just looking for an easy, get-rich-quick system (which doesn't exist). As I work through the MLM Training courses with them, I can easily identify their strengths and weaknesses. This allows for two things. First I can help them focus their MLM Training on the areas that need the most improvement and secondly, I can create mini-teams within our overall organization that groups people with different skills together to ensure that everyone can have success.
I highly recommend that you consider offering MLM Training to your prospects to ensure that you have high quality leads to work with. If you don't have enough experience to provide the MLM Training courses yourself, there are many inexpensive and even free MLM Training programs available online. You simply need to find one that offers good, quality training and partner with them to provide it to your prospects and new members. Then you will find that a little teamwork goes a long way.
