6)The company did not garner a non-approval rate of less than three (3) percent in the last thirty six (36) months;
7)The company maintains a minimum of seventy five (75) percent of staff workers of Australian citizenship and is committed to maintain this rate despite the influx of overseas skilled workers;
Once all of these are completed, the eligible employers may apply for Accredited Status in the submission of applications for sponsorship or through the application for a variation of a current sponsorship agreement through the use of the eVisa system or the submission of form 1196s.
