subject: Winning The Race For California Congressional District 5 [print this page]

The race for public office is heating up across the country. As the citizens of the United States are showing their frustration with the officials that have created a mess of the economy many states are faced with the prospect of turnover in their local congressional districts as well in Washington DC. Recognizing that the times to reform the state's governing power is at hand, Joseph McCray Sr. is running for the California congressional district 5 representative on the republican ticket.

A successful businessman who has devoted his life to serving others, Mr. McCray is standing firm on his commitment to reform California's education system. Seeing a decline in the number of high school graduates and students that are moving on to college the California republican candidate is concerned about the future generations that are inheriting the problems created by the current legislators in Sacramento.

While running as a republican Joseph McCray Sr. is also a supporter of the Tea Party movement and is basing his platform on the strong moral and ethical values that have governed his life. Believing in family, religion and education that are fundamental to the development of character and work performance the candidate is serious about creating a California that will once again become a leader in the economic rebuilding of America.

As a former member of the United States military Mr. McCray Sr. understands the need for discipline in controlling government spending. Seeing that tax increases are not going to heal the fragile economy the retired military officer is taking a stand on saving and investing as well as being firm on the issues of immigration, marriage between a man and a woman and improving California's education, the candidate for California congressional district 5 is the type of leader that can make the state great once more.

The power to change a broken political system lies with the individuals who are willing to stand up and take a stand for the people. Convinced of his leadership potential as a businessman who has been influential in the community the difference between each of the other California republican candidates and Joseph McCray Sr. is that he wants to give the power of government back to the people.

As the system was established to represent the individual constituents and not the elected officials the candidate who is listening to the population and making a stand for the moral and ethical foundations of the country is the clear choice when it comes to voting in the next election. Leadership, community involvement and belief in doing what is right for the people of California is what has caused Mr. McCray to run for office and it is what will send him to Sacramento in November.
