We must simply our life and free up time to do what we love most. "Simplifying" means being aware of the ways we spend money, time and energy and then taking steps to reduce their wastage. Here are some "suggestions" for gaining control over our life in order to have time for the pleasures:

1.Start the day right: Do every thing possible the night before to prepare for the next day. Always put your things at a proper place.

2.Keep your home & office organized: Our home and office must be well organized. Every thing should be readily available when needed. 3.Have courage to say "No" politely:"No" is a two letter word that can free up our many hours a week.

4.Do not save pennies and waste hours:

Most of us are careful about money but do not value time.

Prioritize your time and effort.

Be positive and have a win-win approach.

Holistic Wellness Approach: This approach encompasses stress reduction through striving for a harmonious & productive balance of physical mental and social well-being brought about by the acceptance of one's personal responsibility for developing and adhering to a health promotion program.

Five Dimensions of holistic wellness approach are as follows:

1. Self-Responsibility: Take personal responsibility for own wellness by quitting smoking, reducing intake of alcohol wearing seat-belt, etc.

2. Nutritional Awareness: We must eat food rich in vitamins & neutrietts while decreasing those high in sugar & salt.

3. Stress Reduction & Relaxation. 4. Physical Fitness:Regular exercise to maintain strength & endurance. 5.Environmental Sensitivity. 6.Avoid polluted environment.

Remember! If we do not change-we do not grow; If we do not grow-we are not really living-we are just dead bodies.
