Don Two : The Chase Continues is an impending Indian action thriller film directed by Farhan Akhtar. It is the sequel to the 2006 film, "Don : The Chase Starts Again", which itself was a remake of the 1978 film Don. The movie stars Shah Rukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Lara Dutta, Boman Irani, Om Puri and Kunal Kapoor while Hrithik Roshan has a cameo appearance. The dramatic trailer of the film was released on Fifteen July 2011 together with Zoya Akhtar's Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. The film is about to release on 23 December 2011 in both 2D and 3D formats and will also be available in Tamil and Telugu languages.

The music and the original score of the film has been composed by the threesome of Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy.

Production:
The idea for a follow up had been conceptualized ever since the 1st movie was released, and a follow up was declared by Farhan Akhtar shortly after the release.However, he was concerned with other commitments while Shah Rukh Khan also gave his dates to the movies Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and My Name Is Khan. However in Feb 2010, Akhtar revealed that the script and locations for the flick have been finalized.
hooting for Don 2 began from October 10, 2010 in Berlin, Germany. Shah Rukh Khan was asked to bulk up for the movie and to develop a six-pack.In December 2010, shooting ended in Berlin and actors returned to India. In February 2011, the actors flew to Malaysia for the second phase of the shoot which lasted for a month. Filming in Malaysia ended on March 20, 2011. The film's final shooting was for a song in September, 2011.
Release:
The film would be a Yuletide release and will release on Twenty-three December 2011 in 3D. The film is also anticipated to be dubbed in Malayalam,Telugu and Tamil which should be releasing along with the Hindi version. Before the releasing of Don 2, director Farhan Akhtar has announced a sequel to Don Two which would be Don 3 : The Chase Ends.
Summary :
In 2006 with the ever approaching risks of the subculture in Malaysia, Don broke the morale of his associates by infiltrating the gang with an alias and exploiting the enmity of Singhania & Vardhaan. He rose to become the unchallenged King of the subculture with his shrewd mind and unsparing methods.
The police in their pursuit of Don unsuspectingly employed the man they were trying to hunt. Don used this to his advantage and let the police and his previous associates battle one another while he escaped much to the bewilderment of everybody leaving no traces of proof of his whereabouts.
Having conquered the Asian subculture, Don ( Khan ) now has his sights set on Western european domination. In his way are the bosses of the existing European subculture and all law enforcement agencies.
The action shifts from Kuala Lumpur to Berlin as Don must avoid killing or arrest, whichever comes first, for his plan to achieve success.
