If you are going to use displays often by participating in every trade event, then buying you own trade show display is a wise decision. If you are going to use it just once or twice, then renting is best for this purpose. Renting frequently would be more expensive that purchasing you own. So it really makes sense if you base your decision on the frequency of your participation in these events.

Always consider you marketing or promotional budget. Buying can be easy but you have to know that you can easily earn back the money you used in buying trade show displays. You should know that it is worth the investment by carefully studying the outcome of such an endeavor. You have to consider if spending more in a trade show display gives you more advantage that capitalizing on quality brochures or promotional items that you will distribute on any event. You should also consider the content of the display of else it will result to a sounding failure.

Renting has the advantage of flexibility than with buying displays. IF for example on the first day on an exhibit, you realized that the display you rented is too small for the area or is not that attractive to attendees, you can replace it right away. Unlike when you purchased you own trade show display, you are limited with what you only have. If you need to change it, upgrades can be very expensive or you may rent quickly which is, of course, an added expense.

Whatever you pick, rent or buy a trade show display, your idea and the proper implementation of those ideas with regards to promoting your business will still count the most. It is what the buyers need and not just some fancy display. A powerful business strategy can bring out the maximum power of trade show displays. Valuable content and information about your products and services fortified by quality displays is a powerful combination in helping your business grow.
