If you notice, your objective has specific details and date to achieve your target.

Goals and objectives are always connected. Determining your goals first is always the best step before objective setting. When you know your goals well with your imagination, setting up your objectives will be easier. Fix a date for each of your goals and write them down in detail. This will become your objectives. Getting all your goals and objectives fixed will help you for a detailed and perfect planning to achieve them.
