2) Slow computer Performance - This is top sign to hint that system might have been infected by an adware. Performance of you laptop is the first thing

theses adware target. Common signs include;

1.Sluggish computer start-ups.

2.Occasional without any reason computer crashes or freezes.

3.Loading of laptop programs take more than usual time.

4.Your system shuts down for no particular reason.

3) Mysterious Toolbar & Application - If your web browser shows some alien toolbar or application that you did not install then you might have been attacked

by adware. These are mostly bundled with freeware you install. Then the adware can monitor your browsing habits, collect critical data and search results.

These adware then send collected data to third party who can use them as per the requirement. For this very reason it is advisable not to install freeware

from unknown origins or non-reliable websites.

4) Excessive Popup & Adverts - It is a technique by which your browsing history is collected by tracking your browser cookies. These days you can opt out of

these ads. Yet some adware can be real pesters, they can work even if you have opted out.

While browsing, if you get messages something like "You computer is infected, scan now" or "Your computer just froze, scan to see the infection" never click

on such adds or click on okay or cancel button on the add. In both situation it the adware will install itself on your computer and reduce its competency

greatly. Instead close the browser and avoid visiting that website again.
