This is where most people quit because they think other people will think the same way as their family or friends did when they rejected the offer to join their organization. I didnt quit because I was sold on one idea that MLM would help me make more money. The reality is people who dont know you have no idea whether you are successful or not. It is all in how you present yourself. People who present themselves as a success are perceived as a success. My wife comes across like that she gives an air of confidence. She is the oldest of nine. She learned to be a leader at a very young age. It has taken me a lot longer to learn this skill.
There are those who puff themselves up by telling everyone how great they are. That is not the same as people recognizing that you are a leader by your actions, and how you inspire other. Being a successful MLM leader requires that you to be there for your network. They need to know you will be there for them when they need your help. You dont have to know everything about your MLM Company, but should know where to go to get help for questions you cant answer. If there are questions your people have that you cannot answer that is when you need to ask your up line to find the answer. A good MLM Company will always help their reps because they want them to be successful. The more reps who are successful the more successful the MLM Company will become and more money will be made by everyone.
When you have built trust in your down line that you will be there to help them succeed they will recognize you as a leader that they can trust. Your organization will grow as you train leaders who have been following your good leadership example. They will do the same for the people who have joined their network. The more networks who have strong leaders that you have trained the larger your MLM organization will become.
It is important to follow a good leader because that is how you will learn to become a leader. Ive learned so much from good leaders. They have shown me how to recognize someone who is really interested in the MLM Company Im promoting, and someone who just wants to find all the flaws with the company with all their negative questions. People may have some concerns that may seem negative, but they are just trying to get some answers to negatives they may have. This can be good because you want people to join you because you have been able to answer their negatives, and they have a confidence in you. You should have the same confidence in the company you promoting or you will fail as a leader.
