My answer is I wanted to control how much money I can make not someone else determining my value. My wife is like a master teacher who has taught many of her students to be masters in English. She has been doing this for about 30 years. The most she has every made is twenty-three thousand dollars a year. She is worth much more than that, but because she works in small private school that is what she gets paid. Her value is determined by the amount the private school can afford.
That is where many people are in their Jobs. Someone has determined their monetary worth. If you are not happy with that, than you need to take control, and find a way to control you monetary worth. That is why so many people choose Multilevel Marketing. It where a person can make as much as they would like, and at the same time help others do the same by show them the way of creating financial independents. That financial independence comes when you build an organization or a network of people who are working for a common goal of financial independence.
In Multilevel Marketing you really dont make very much money just selling products. If you did you would have to get the people who order products to reorder each month. Companies have gotten smarter with the technology by having people sign up for an auto ship order. The auto ship order is where the customer has elected to have their product order come automatically each month. The convenience of this is so if people forget to order it automatically happens for them. This a great convince for the person who wants the products, and the rep who sold the products. It also helps the company to know how to plan for each month. It is a great help for everyone.
A network marketer is really looking for people who wants change whether it is in their job, not enough money to pay the bills each month, and so on. There are many different reasons why a person looks at Multilevel Marketing. There is also the benefit of the people. I have found so many great people. People I would have never come across if I hadnt joined the company. Youre down line reps can become very close to you because you need to work together for each others success. You learn to support one another in business and out of business. There are times people in you down line need your help that is not business related. There are times you will need help that is not business related. You help one another because you care about one another.
There is something deep down inside of me that knows I am worth more. When I joined a MLM company I realize its all up to me. I have to get out there and take action for my success. It becomes scary and overwhelming. There are times it seems like youre standing still, but if you keep taking action on your goals. You will see the rewards of your efforts. You are not totally alone there are people who will help you when you have a need. They just wont do the work for you. How else would you become a leader if someone else did the work for you? You need to become a leader so your network group has someone to follow because they will need your leadership.
I have been in a large group of several thousand people exuding so much energy and passion. It makes you feel like youre going to lift off and fly away. What I have found is that peoples dreams and hopes get elevated because they see others who just like themselves have achieved their dreams. As people are screaming and clapping their hands, their mind is saying if they can do it so can I. I know because I have said that to myself over and over.
What would you like for your MLM business? Wouldnt like to be one of those leaders who is up there on the stage receiving an achievement award? It can happen for you. You just have to believe in yourself. You have to believe that you are a leader. You need to take action and build team leaders. Your goal should be to have as many in your group up on stage receiving achievement awards along with you.
