subject: My Mlm Dream [print this page] My MLM dream has always been to have enough money to provide for my family so we wouldnt have to just get by as a teacher Ive had enough to provide if we were very careful with our money. Our vacations were usually staying with friends or family. We would go on a family camping trip once a year. I always had a dream of having more so the financial pressures of life would not be so stressful.
In our 43 years of marriage, my wife and I were able to go to Hawaii once. I would like to go again. We dont own a house. I want too. We rent. I dont say this to make you feel sorry for me. I just want you to understand when I say I have a dream. Im taking about have enough money to go to Hawaii or an exotic vacation once a year. I want to own my house. I would like to have enough money so my children will not have to take care of us in waning years.
My dream is to own a home, and most people our ages do own their home. I want to have enough money to take care of my wife and myself. Many people our ages have a retirement from their work. My wife and I have worked in private school for the pasted 30 years. We do not have a retirement. The small private schools that we worked for were struggling just to pay our salary. Our Social Security checks are very small because we earned so little working in the private schools. I do not want to become a burden on my children. That is why MLM is so important to me.
We are talking about what many people have and most want. I believe that is why I have joined so many MLM companies. I kept hoping this would be the one that help me achieve my dream. I have found each one of these MLM companies to be good. I liked their products. I liked there compensation plan. I had trouble getting people to see how the MLM business plan could help them make more money.
I would go out with much enthusiasm only to be turned down by the first ten people I talked to. I made posters and put them everywhere. I would invite them to our MLM marketing meeting where they could earn extra cash. The figure we would use at that time was $2000 a month. They would only have to commit 10 hours a week. I had a few people show up. I even had a few sign up only to quit after their first month because their family and friends said no or worse laughed at them. It is a painful feeling to have your family and friends laugh at you when you have this very important dream of helping your family with the MLM business.
The problem for me is no matter the rejections the dream would not leave. I can see myself succeeding doing this strange business call Multilevel Marketing. If I could only find a way to find those people out there who would be interested in my business. I just know there are those people who would like to own a business that didnt cost them and arm or a leg just to get it started. I know there are people who are looking for a way to build that business so they can have that extra money they want.
