Out-of-state differentials DO NOT apply for programs provided by IES, CIEE, and Arcadia. All IES and Arcadia program participants must also pay a $500 confirmation fee directly to IES/Arcadia.

ROOM - this fee includes for stay and house. Sometime include in program fees it. Cost depends upon the place and condition of hostel and stay.
CONTROL BOARD - This fee include for meals.
HEALTH INSURANCE - While going to study abroad you need to take health insurance. No matter, all participants have MEGA Health Policy coverage as part of the Education Abroad program.
AIRFARE - The cost of airfare depends on destination, carrier, and journey season. Proof of a round-trip itinerary is often requested by immigration officials upon arrival.
BOOKS AND STATIONARY - This charge includes for stationary require while studying, varies and depends on students.
EVERYDAY TRANSPORT - Your daily means of transportation may include train, bus, subway, bicycle, etc. Discounts may be available for student commuters.
VISA AND PASSPORT - A student visa is needed for many (but not all) EA programs. Although instructions for how to process the necessary paperwork will be distributed during pre-departure orientation, it is your responsibility to acquire final documentation.
