contribute to infertility
speed up the aging process
increase muscle and back pain
headache
stiff neck
digestive problems
sleep problems
depression

inability to concentrate
poor judgment
seeing only the negative
anxious or racing thoughts
constant worrying
Emotional Symptoms
moodiness
irritability or short temper
agitation, inability to relax
feeling overwhelmed

possible, find a good outlet.
Tip: For some it may be cooking, for others exercise is a great way to relieve stress. It may help to create a list of things to do each day so that you dont let everything pile up at once. But dont be so rigid that you cant relax. Make time for yourself each day. Make YOU a priority.
