Take a case of a person starting off their weight loss program. For week one, he does all the workout routines but doesnt adhere to the planned meals. He ends up gaining weight. In his second week, he learns his lesson and ends up making changes to what they did the previous week. On his second week, after learning from his mistakes on the first week, he ends up losing a pound. See, this guy never gives up, but recognizes that every failure is a stepping stone to something better.

Convert your thoughts into action: Ever thought of losing weight but were afraid to go ahead and actually lose weight? If your answer to this question was a yes, you are among many people who have. Most of us are afraid of success. This is why; we are afraid of getting out of our comfort zone. We are accustomed to lazily adapting new challenges and not being flexible and this has affected our ability to say yes to things that improve our lives. Embrace change. Build a habit of eating healthy, drinking a lot of water and working out regularly. This could be a daunting task especially when starting out your weight loss and dieting program. Have the desire to win. Say to yourself its a win-win situation. It is either I lose weight or I lose weight.

You are what you think. You are what you go for. You are what you do. I like Vince Lombardis quote that says Lifes battles dont always go to the fastest man or to the strongest man. But sooner or later, the man who wins is the man who thinks he can so if you think you dare not, you dont and if you like to win and you think you cant, then it is almost certain you wont. Strive to think that you will lose weight, and this will fuel you to achieve your desired weight loss.

Desire to win. Desire to lose weight. Make it a habit and you are guaranteed to lose weight permanently while keeping it off.
