So, as a result, I find that having a schedule is a good way to stay on top of various tasks, such as sending out a postcard mailing to other homeowners in my neighborhood announcing my home for sale, or planning and holding an open house. Those are just two of the many, many tasks that need to be accomplished to sell a home quickly, and the reason I like to use a schedule to follow up with my broker and others when I'm selling my home.
