Vegetables such as asparagus, sweet potatoes, carrots, kidney beans, spinach and broccoli are healthy vegetables that you could prepare many simple recipes with. Oatmeal, almonds, soy milk, walnuts, brown rice, tea, tofu, blueberries, dark chocolate and red wine are also good for your heart.

Remember, essential nutrients and an adequate amount of water is also very crucial in keeping your heart strong. Healthy recipes are also not always bland as most people make them to be. So start looking for various recipes online to help you prepare healthy yet scrumptious dishes and prove everyone wrong that healthy food is not always boring food.
