oHead over to http://www.google.com/notebook
oFill in your login name and password and click on Sign-In
After you have successfully logged in, move your mouse over the top left just above the left side bar, you would be able to see an option named Create a new notebook.
Fill in the name of your desire location highlighted by Notebook I and click Ok.
The name of your new notebook would appear on the left hand side now.
In order you want to organize your data with sections than,
oMove your mouse over to the name of the Notebook for which you want to create sections for, on mouse over you would be able to see three options displayed titled Type, Paste and Section
oSelect Section and enter the name you desire in the field highlighted with Section I and click OK.
oIf you want to remove a section, simply move to the right hand side of the Section and click on the drop down menu, you would find an option titled Remove Section.
If you want to add a note than,
oMove your mouse over to the notebook for which you want to enter a note for and select the option Type, enter the note and click Ok. If you want to add more notes in that particular notebook, simply go over to the right hand side and select New Note
You can even add comments by going at the bottom of the screen where you can see an option named Comment, similarly there are option in that screen that allow you to create new comments and to edit comments.
