Tip #1 Consistency

We all know somebody (it may even be somebody close to you) who is constantly skipping from one thing to the other. One week it is the piano, the next week it is portrait painting, the next week it is web designing, the next week it is horticulture.

You may answer, "Honestly, I am about 100, 200, 300, 50, whatever pounds over weight. If you are, then just cutting out a few of the very poor foods in your diet will be enough to help you lose weight, along with walking for half an hour each night.

However, if you answer, "I just want to burn those pesky last 10 pounds of fat so that I can get those six pack abs", then you need to put more effort in.

Often people complain of hitting a plateau.

A plateau is a very, very, rare occurance.

Often it is just that more intensity if needed.

If you are already in good shape and just wanting to drop those last 10 pounds, you need to work on your nutrition AND exercise quite hard.

Exercise and Nutrition Tips

Eat a diet of lean meats, legumes, fresh fruits and veggies, seeds, nuts, grasses and eat 5-6 small meals per day

Don't eat anything loaded with sugar that is bad for you or drink soda

Do cardio for 30-60 minutes every day if you are dead serious about dropping the fat
