1. First of all you must check the size of your mailbox account:

a. On the Bookmark bar, click the icon of databases folder

b. Then, select Workspace

c. Right-click on your account

d. Now, click 'properties'

e. Go to 2nd tab for viewing the size of your account

2. Now, check archive settings, as follows:

a. Go to Inbox folder

b. Then, go to Actions > Archive > Archive Settings

a. Go to your workspace once more

b. Here, go to File > Database > Open

c. A pop-up menu appears

d. Under 'server' select local

e. Now, select the archive

f. Click 'Open'

5. For making your Workspace screen as the homepage:

a. On the left of Lotus, click 'Databases'

b. Right-click on 'Workspace'

c. Select 'Set Bookmark as Home Page'
