As far as SEO training is concerned, and this is another area that I think many love, this is something that I call EditMe because that's its name. It's a training area when someone signs up with me. So it's an online WorkWiki.
This is when a team member comes on board, we will take them through a set search engine marketing training. This is like an induction process. It took a little bit of time to get to where it is but in week one, they'll be given access to this. They'll log in, the first thing that they'll do is they'll watch a video that will take them through how to navigate around. There's a little bit of core culture material about our business and that type of thing and it explains each of the different sections. That's the About.
Then they move into the Training section. Now their first week, because I'm all about training, their first week is mapped out as they go through easy SEO. The tasks, start of day instructions, you'll watch a business overview video which is in this area. This will explain to them what my business is about. Here are the products we're working on, here is the flow, here are the areas of business that we have.
Then after that, they move through to learning introduction on SEO. So we then take them through and this is a schedule of everything that is covered within this thing. So for the first week they come on board, it's hands off and I know they get trained up to a certain standard.
Then we have day two, so the first week is planned out and then their supervisor will walk them through the rest of the search engine marketing training. Every day their supervisor will be checking in. There's the business overview, so under here that talks about what the business is all about. Generally what the business is, what are the core components in it, product overview, what are the different products that we've got, some of the team members.
